What is Noirpay
A self-custodial privacy neobank on Robinhood Chain: your stablecoins and tokenized stocks stay invisible on-chain, and still earn yield, spend on a card and pass compliance.
Noirpay is a privacy neobank built for Robinhood Chain, Robinhood's Arbitrum-based Layer 2. You open it like a neobank, with a handle, a balance, a card and statements. Underneath, every balance is a set of encrypted notes in a shielded pool secured by zero-knowledge proofs, and only your spending key can open them.
In one line: private money that still works. Your USDG and tokenized stocks are invisible on the explorer, and they still earn yield, still spend on a Visa or Mastercard, and can still prove themselves to a bank or an auditor with a viewing key you control.
Why it exists
Private transfers already exist on Robinhood Chain. A private account does not.
Robinhood Chain is the only network where payroll-grade stablecoins and tokenized equities sit in the same address, so a public wallet there leaks what you earn, what you own and what you're worth, all at once. Every privacy tool built so far fixes that by turning money into dead capital: the moment you hide it, it stops earning, can't be spent on a card, and can't be shown to anyone who needs to see it.

What's live today
Noirpay is pre-launch. Nothing is deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet yet, and the $NOIR contract does not exist. These docs describe the design as specified in the whitepaper; every page that describes a feature carries a status note.
