Keys and recovery
Your spending key never leaves your device. Passkeys, hardware wallets and guardian recovery mean a lost phone isn't a lost account, and a paymaster means you never hold gas.

The spending key
Generated on your device when you open the account. It opens your notes, signs spends, and issues viewing keys. Noirpay never holds it and cannot reconstruct it.
Ways to hold it

Social recovery
Choose guardians: people, devices, or an institution you trust. Recovery requires a threshold of them (for example 2 of 3) to approve a new spending key. Guardians never see your balance and cannot spend; they can only help you replace a lost key. A time delay before a recovery completes gives you a window to cancel one you didn't start.
Business treasuries
A company treasury can require co-signers on every spend (multi-sig), on top of role-based policies.
Gas sponsorship
Gas on Robinhood Chain is ETH. Inside Noirpay a paymaster pays it for you, so you can hold nothing but USDG and stock tokens and still transact. The cost is folded into the account's fees.
