Private yield

Shielded deposits are pooled and routed into Robinhood Chain yield venues. Returns are credited pro-rata per note, so hiding your balance costs you nothing.

Every other privacy tool turns hidden money into dead capital. Noirpay's is the opposite: a shielded balance keeps earning.

How routing works

1. Notes you opt into yield (or that auto-sweep moves) are counted toward the pool's yield allocation.
2. The pool routes that allocation, at the pool level, into Robinhood Chain yield venues. The chain sees the pool's position, not yours.
3. Returns come back to the pool and are credited pro-rata per note: each note's share is computed from its size and time in the allocation, and written into the encrypted note balance.
4. There is nothing to claim in public. Your balance simply grows.

The number on the site

The ~7% figure on noirpay.app is a target, not a promise. It moves with the venues the allocation is routed into and with market conditions, and it can be lower, zero, or negative in a bad period. The app shows the realised rate for your notes.

Auto-sweep

Set a threshold per vault. Any balance above it is moved into the yield allocation on its own, with no manual deposit step. Balance below it stays liquid for the card and payments.

Private DCA

Buy tokenized stocks on a schedule from shielded USDG. Every fill settles into a fresh note, so nobody can reconstruct the position, the cadence or the cost basis from the chain. See tokenized stocks.

Risks

• Venue risk. Yield venues are third-party protocols. A venue exploit affects the pool's allocation to that venue.
• Rate risk. Rates vary. The target is not guaranteed.
• Liquidity. Routed capital may take time to unwind. The app shows what's liquid now versus what's allocated.

Yield does not involve $NOIR. There is no staking and no emissions; returns come from the venues, in USDG.
