What $NOIR discounts
Tiers discount protocol fees and yield-routing share. They do not change seat prices or card scheme costs.
What funds buybacks
A share of seat fees and protocol revenue buys $NOIR on the open market. Buybacks are discretionary and never funded by emissions.
