Noirpay for business
One shielded treasury, one payroll batch, and a block explorer that reads nothing: headcount, burn rate, runway and individual pay all stay private.
Status: pre-launch. Noirpay is being built. This page describes the design as specified in the whitepaper; nothing on it is live on Robinhood Chain yet, and details can change before launch. See What's live today.
The business product is where Noirpay's revenue compounds. A company funds one shielded treasury and pays its entire contractor roster in a single batch. No employee sees another's pay, and no competitor reads headcount, burn rate or runway off a block explorer. Companies pay a seat fee for that from day one, before the token matters.
What a public treasury leaks
On a public chain the payroll wallet is the most honest document a company produces, and anyone with an explorer can read it.
| Public treasury | Noirpay treasury | |
|---|---|---|
| Headcount | Count the recipients in each payroll run | One batch, recipients hidden |
| Burn rate | Sum the outflows every month | Outflows leave from a shielded treasury |
| Runway | Balance divided by burn | No public balance to divide |
| Individual pay | Every amount, next to every address | Each person sees only their own line |
| Vendors and counterparties | Every address you have ever paid | A fresh stealth address per payment |
