Why Robinhood Chain
The one chain where a public wallet is a payslip, a brokerage statement and a net-worth figure in one, and the one with no private account to fix it.
Robinhood Chain (RHC) is the Layer 2 Robinhood built on Arbitrum technology to bring its users, tokenized stocks and other real-world assets on-chain. Noirpay is built for it specifically, not ported to it.
The leak is worst here
On most chains a wallet holds speculative tokens. On Robinhood Chain it holds payroll-grade stablecoins (USDG) and tokenized equities in the same address. That combination means one public wallet exposes:

Saturated on trading, empty on banking
The chain holds around 830M USD in stablecoins and 750M USD of TVL across 41 DEXs and 30 launchpads. There is one live private transfer tool (landscape) and no private account: nothing that holds a hidden balance while it earns, spends and proves itself.
What the chain gives Noirpay
- USDG as the unit of account. Robinhood selected USDG (Global Dollar, issued by Paxos) as the chain's stablecoin. Noirpay's shielded balances, payroll and card settlement are all denominated in it.
- Tokenized stocks in the same pool. Shielded notes can hold stock tokens as well as USDG, and corporate actions reach shielded holders.
- Yield venues on the same chain. Shielded deposits are routed into Robinhood Chain venues, so private yield never leaves the chain.
- Uniswap for the token. $NOIR launches as a plain ERC-20 on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain.
