What it does
- Tiers. Holding $NOIR moves an account, or a company's seats, up a tier. See Tiers and fee discounts.
- Fee discounts. Protocol fees step down with your tier. That is the only thing the token gates.
- Revenue-funded buybacks. A share of seat fees and protocol revenue buys $NOIR on the open market. Buybacks are paid for by customers, not by inflation.
What it doesn't do
- No staking. There is nothing to lock and no lock-up APR. Yield in Noirpay comes from shielded deposits routed to real venues, in USDG.
- No emissions. Supply is not used to pay anyone. No liquidity mining, no points-to-token conversion.
- No gate on the product. Every feature works without the token. Companies pay a seat fee from day one, before the token matters.
- No governance claim, no revenue share. $NOIR is not a security, a deposit or a promise of return. Buybacks are discretionary.
Where the value comes from
Noirpay's revenue is business seats first and protocol fees second. The token sits on top of that revenue, not underneath it: the product ships first; the token follows the revenue.
Launch
$NOIR launches as a plain ERC-20 on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. Details of the pool, initial liquidity and the exact date are published here before they happen. Until then, treat every "$NOIR presale", airdrop or claim link as a scam.
